Happy Halloween!

Pumpkin Patch Time!

With Halloween quickly on it's way, we made two trips to the pumpkin patch this year. The whole family went one weekend and it was so much fun, we went back with our friends! Cole saw his first pumpkins and Ava finally rode the scary train since Brooke and Zachary were riding too! Too bad we can't play in that dried corn all year!

Lazy Days

Spud Lake Hiking

Between rain and hail storms, we made it up to Spud Lake the other weekend. Fall is on it's way and the leaves are beginning to change. We're trying to squeeze in a few hikes since we missed the summer. Fun was had by everyone when the sun peaked out!

Sutherland Farms Green Chile Festival

We took the kids to Sutherland Farms last weekend for the Green Chili Festival. We saw to see all of the farm animals, train rides, music, green chili roasting and much more! Ava got a rainbow painted on her face and Cole checked out the scenery. We'll be back for pumpkin harvest!

Goulding Creek

Since summer is about over, we thought we should get our first hike in! This was also Cole's first hike! We're not sure where the summer went! We've been busy unpacking, getting settled in, learning how to handle two little ones and having some visitors at the new house. What a great day of getting back to the mountains!

Yaley Home Finished

Our new home was finished in June. We moved in pretty quickly but it's taken us months to unpack with two little ones! We had two months of contractors finishing everything from our landscaping, irrigation, upstairs garage unit, and much more. Ava found the sand and dirt piles particularly fun! What a relief it is to no longer be living in a dust bowl! Here's some before and after pics!
