Cole's First Smiles

Cole has been smiling for a few weeks now but I finally caught it on camera!

Grandpa Gary Comes to Visit

Grandpa Gary travelled all the way from California with a trailer carrying a swing set for the kids. After a hundred pieces of wood, countless bolts and wood screws and a week of time, we got it all built. If only I had taken some photos during the construction. Ava and Cole had lots of fun visiting with Grandpa and will enjoy the swing set for years to come.

Cole

Cole is gaining weight and starting to fill out. He's smiling and starting to have a bit of personality! His big sister Ava is getting used to having him around and thinks he might be a little fun!

Just a Few Weeks Away!

After months of construction, our new home is almost completed! We'll be moving in just a few weeks. These final stages have been very exciting - hardwood floors, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. Everyone is getting excited to move in! Ava loves her new "yellow" room and we love that Cole will have a room! Come visit us soon to see the place!

Easter

We had a super fun Easter Sunday. Ava wore a beautiful dress and played in the sandbox in it!
We went to a birthday party and a big Easter party with lots of fun, food, friends and eggs!

Grandma Sue Comes to Visit

Grandma Sue came during Durango's spring break to help out while Ava was home for the week and we have a two-week old baby. Thank goodness for all her help. She got to meet little Cole and she and Ava had lots of fun! They painted her nails, visited almost every park in Durango, played with bath paints, flash cards and much more!

Grandma and Boppa Yaley Come to Visit

Grandma and Boppa Yaley came to Durango just a few days after Cole was born to meet the little one and see Ava. They visited the new house under construction on the "property" and had some baking time in the kitchen.
